Since the beginning of her professional career she has been dealing with issues related to industrial property law. She gained her professional experience in the Industrial Devices Plant in Nysa and in the Medical Technology Plant in Wrocław. Additionally, she was on duty in the Wrocław Club of Technology and Rationalization. In 1997 she established a Patent and Trademark Attorneys Office in Wrocław.

She practices in patent applications in the field of industrial automation, transport, construction, chemicals, electronics, electrical installation, mechanics, telecommunications, trademark registrations and litigation.

She graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical and Power Engineering at the Wrocław University of Technology and completed postgraduate studies in intellectual property law at the Silesian University of Technology and the Faculty of Civil and Administrative Law at the European School of Law and Administration in Warsaw.

She qualified as a Polish patent attorney in 1977 and was entered on the list of patent attorneys under No. 1833. She is qualified to act as a professional representative before the European Patent Office (EPO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUiPO).

Her professional experience, apart from working at a law firm, was gained as a patent attorney at the University of Wrocław. She completed an internship at the German patent law firm HOPAT in Münster Dr. Hoffmeister & Tarvenkorn. She worked in the intellectual property department of OTTOBOCK SE & Co. in Duderstadt. From 2010 to 2018 she served as President of the Association of Council of University Patent Attorneys. Established court expert in Industrial Property Law at the District Court in Wrocław.

He specialises in validations of rights in Poland, litigation and vindication, trademark registrations, patent applications, valuation of intangible assets and legal opinions.

She graduated from the Wrocław University of Economics and completed postgraduate studies in intellectual property law at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow and the Faculty of Civil and Administrative Law at the European School of Law and Administration in Warsaw.


She qualified as a Polish patent attorney in 2002 and was entered on the list of patent attorneys under number 3108. She is qualified to act as a professional representative before the European Patent Office (EPO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUiPO).
